The smoked Mac and cheese with grilled chicken was the best I’ve ever had, and the gumbo was delicious! Our server was awesome, she went to the back to check that the Mac wasn’t made with American cheese which was so nice. Prices were reasonable too with how much food we got. We’ll def be back next time we’re in KC, so glad we found this place!

Great drinks, great service, fun vibe. Came here for a show and it was great! Wish I could have tried the food but during the show you had to wait in line in the kitchen and it was super slow so I didn't get to try any, looked good tho. Also didn't even expect and open kitchen during a show so hey no worries.

I love this place. Especially on Tuesday. We have the best dang time imaginable. The staff is caring and considerate. Especially Mazzy who goes the extra mile to make everyone feel seen, loved and cared for. You really can’t ask for anything more than what we get at the ship. Thank you for making us part of the family.

This place has all the character you could ask for in a “gathering place”. A friend told me about this “bar that looks like the inside of an old ship.” I was intrigued, so I went for lunch. The gumbo was delicious. Also, who knew fried green beans were so amazing?!? I sat at the bar, and being a noobie, the bar tender took really good care of me. It was overall a pretty great experience. I am looking forward to catching some live music.

Great small venue, saw my favorite fusion band - Marbin there. Wish this venue booked more Jazz, Rock and Metal shows! KC needs another great club to pick up where the Riot Room left off.

Truly a unique place that has great food, excellent service, and great drinks! Been here a few times, and haven't had a bad experience yet. Bartenders are friendly and funny, service is fast, and the food is really good! Very unique bar and resturant and the atmosphere is incredible.

The Ship has a great, cozy atmosphere. Every employee was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Food was good, had the pulled pork. The concert venue in the other room might be my favorite room in town now! First time catching a show there. The sound was great (ears still ringing!). Great place to catch a concert and a bite to eat beforehand.

We had a fantastic time with live music, good cocktails, and great food. The service was great, they took us in our reservation immediately. Great bar and space if you want to go out for dancing and drinks when they have live music. Highly recommended. Parking easy. Well lit feels very safe.
